After 25 years of marriage, raising children, and dedicating my life to trailing my spouse around the world to support his career, everything I knew came to an end. The marriage dissolved, the children had grown and left home, and I found myself lost. My identity, so deeply tied to being a wife, mother, and supporter, felt like it had disappeared. I was riddled with fear and self-doubt, constantly asking myself, What’s next? Who am I now? What do I do with my life?

The questions were overwhelming, and the answers seemed out of reach. I felt paralyzed by fear of failure and the daunting task of starting over. But in the midst of that uncertainty, I discovered coaching. It was a lifeline that helped me confront my fears, work through my doubts, and rediscover who I was beyond the roles I had played for so long. Coaching allowed me to reconnect with my dreams, uncover my strengths, and step into a new chapter of my life with clarity and confidence.
